We sell wine to consumers within the United Kingdom only.

2. Eligibility to Purchase Alcohol

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are aged 18 years or over.
  • You are legally permitted to purchase alcohol in the United Kingdom.

We operate under the Licensing Act 2003 and reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders where age verification cannot be satisfied.
  • Require valid photo ID upon delivery.
  • Refuse delivery if ID is not provided.

If delivery is refused due to failure of age verification, redelivery charges may apply.

3. Products & Description

All products are subject to availability.

We take reasonable care to ensure descriptions, vintages, pricing and images are accurate. However:

  • Vintages may change due to supplier availability.
  • Minor label or packaging changes may occur.
  • Images are illustrative only.

If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we may:

  • Offer a substitute of equal or greater value, or
  • Provide a full refund.

4. Pricing & Billing

Your first subscription case may be offered at an introductory launch price.

After your first order, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly subscription price displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed automatically using your selected payment method on the 1st day of the month.

Prices include UK VAT where applicable.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Order Acceptance

An order is not legally binding until:

  • Payment has been authorised, and
  • You receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including for:

  • Pricing errors
  • Stock errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Licensing concerns

If cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

6. Delivery

We currently only deliver to England, Wales and Mainland Scotland.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer absence
  • Age verification failure

Additional charges may apply.

 7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy (available separately on this website).

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Faulty Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any matter which cannot legally be limited

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business losses

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, branding, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to us.

You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
