Delivery is available to England, Wales and mainland Scotland only.
We do not currently deliver to:
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Republic of Ireland
- BFPO
Delivery charges
Great Britain Standard Delivery — £9.95
This applies to England, Wales and mainland Scotland.
Delivery timescales
Orders to standard Great Britain delivery areas are usually dispatched using a next working day courier service once the order has been processed and payment has cleared.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, seasonal demand, supplier availability, adverse weather or circumstances outside our control.
Subscription orders
For subscription orders, your first order will usually be dispatched shortly after your subscription has been placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Future subscription cases are typically dispatched during the first week of each month once payment has cleared.
Changes to your subscription must be done before the monthly cut-off date, 5 days before your renewal date on the 1st of the month.
Courier and delivery notifications
We use DPD or another suitable courier service for deliveries.
You may receive email or text notifications from the courier with delivery updates and, where available, options such as changing the delivery day, leaving the parcel in a safe place, leaving it with a neighbour, or collecting it from a pickup point.
If you choose delivery to a safe place, neighbour or pickup point, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once the courier confirms delivery to that location.
Age-restricted deliveries
Our products contain alcohol and may only be purchased by customers aged 18 or over.
The courier may require proof of age or identity on delivery. Delivery may be refused if valid proof of age cannot be provided.
Failed deliveries or incorrect addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
If delivery fails because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because the parcel was not collected from a pickup point in time, additional delivery charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive when expected, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the damaged parcel and contents.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution where applicable.
