Subscription Terms & Conditions
1. Subscription Overview
A subscription provides monthly recurring billing and deliveries of wine.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments using your selected payment method.
2. Billing
You will be billed:
- On the date of subscription, and
- Automatically on each renewal date the 1st day of each month thereafter.
Prices may change with notice provided before renewal.
3. Pausing, Skipping & Cancelling
We want Vintgat to stay flexible and easy to manage.
You may:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip a month
- Cancel your subscription
at any time through your customer account before the monthly cut-off date 5 days before your renewal date on the 1st of the month.
Cancellation Timing
If you cancel after the monthly cut-off date, your cancellation will apply to the following month’s renewal.
Any order already processed or dispatched before cancellation remains chargeable and non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Failed Payments
If payment fails:
- We may retry payment.
- We may suspend or cancel your subscription.
5. Cooling-Off Period
The 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies to your first subscription order.
Subsequent renewals are treated as separate contracts.
6. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may update subscription terms with reasonable notice.
