Subscription Terms & Conditions
1. Subscription Overview
A subscription provides monthly recurring billing and deliveries of wine.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments using your selected payment method.
2. Billing
You will be billed:
- On the date of subscription, and
- Automatically on each renewal date the 1st day of each month thereafter.
Prices may change with notice provided before renewal.
3. Pausing, Skipping & Cancelling
We want Vintgat to stay flexible and easy to manage.
You may:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip a month
- Cancel your subscription
through your customer account before your next subscription order is processed on the 1st of the month.
Cancellation Timing
If your next subscription order has already been processed or dispatched before you cancel, that order remains chargeable and non-refundable except where required by law. Your cancellation will apply to future subscription orders.
4. Failed Payments
If payment fails:
- We may retry payment.
- We may suspend or cancel your subscription.
5. Cooling-Off Period
The 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies to your first subscription order.
Subsequent renewals are treated as separate contracts.
6. Changes to Subscription Terms
We may update subscription terms with reasonable notice.
